Due to age, the threads when you open the book back hard, can be seen, not bad looking, but visable to the eye if cover is pulled back open hard. Pages are tight. Great book for a specialized type business dealing with the fundamentals of heating, ventilating, furnaces, boilers, boiler conversions, and air conditioning. Hard to find this kind of book!
