The following book was written as a class project during a Master’s level Instructional Technology course at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. The course, Web Teaching: Design and Development, was designed to teach students how to teach online. One of the course projects asked students to write a book chapter on various topics concerning online teaching and learning. These papers were then combined as a class to form a book on the course topic.
