The ISBN is more important than the title or author because there might be 10 books titled Introduction to Biology, but only one with the correct ISBN number. The ISBN guarantees you will receive the correct book each and every time. The ISBN also makes it easier to find your books online at campusbooks.com where you might be able to find a less expensive copy. The Boston University Bookstore is great, but tuition at Boston University is expensive enough so why not save some money on your textbooks.
